In mid July this year we hosted another senior instructor, this time it was Sensei Paul Kotowski (6th Dan) who's been training in Karate for 42 years and who kindly came down and had two classes in our dojo.

Both sessions were full on and all instructions were clear and brisk. The main message was provided right at the beggining; "Who is your instructor? You are! We can help you, we can correct you, but you are the one responsible for yourself. Train hard and always try to be better than before and not better than someone else."

In both sessions Sensei Paul focused on correct hips movement and transition of power while changing stances. Thank-you Sensei Paul for very interesting and enjoyable training sessions.
