
Sensei Robert Herincx (5th Dan, Qualified English Karate Federation Head Coach)
Sensei Robert Herincx began training within the Tora group of clubs in the mid 80's, under their founder, Sensei Michael (Sandy) Beach (6th Dan) and Sensei Colin Winslade (6th Dan), obtaining his black belt, from Master Keinosuke Enoeda. He is an experienced competitor and teaches his students to study and discover the principles of traditional Shotokan Karate. "There is a wealth of knowledge and wisdom waiting to be discovered".
Philip Wardle (2nd Dan, Qualified English Karate Federation Coach)
Philip began training under Sensei Robert Herincx and Sensei Amery Mastakin in 2004. Their style of teaching "the old ways" appealed to him greatly. "Regardless of backgrounds, beliefs, age or ability, all who train with us will achieve the respect of ones self and others and develop courage and loyalty, but above all humility through ability".
Jason Noble (1st Dan, Qualified English Karate Federation Coach)
Jason also began his training under Sensei Robert Herincx and Sensei Amery Mastakin, in 2005. Their true passion for traditional Shotokan karate inspires him and he particularly likes "the respect and discipline that Karate gives you and the friendly and open training that Tora Kodo Karate Kai offers for everyone".
