Welcome to the website of Tora Kodo Karate Kai. Founded in 1966 our aim is the teaching of traditional Shotokan karate-do. We are a not for profit karate academy and are professionally structured with a strict code of conduct and child protection policy. All of our instructors are fully insured and have been enhanced CRB checked, and we also have an independent child protection officer. We believe that every student is important regardless of their ability.
